As rugged as it is handsome! The Avenger is a heavy-duty scooter designed to handle extra weight, uneven terrain and provide more speed. Durable and stylish, the Avenger comes complete with a standard front basket, full lighting package and an extra roomy seat with adjustable head rest. If power is what you need, look no further than the Avenger.

It has all the features that make it one of the best heavy-duty scooters on the market today. It comes standard with oversized 13” tires, a heavy-duty 22” wide seat, and a powerful motor. Its standard 22 NF batteries give it a range of 18 miles, and the Avenger has a top speed of 7 mph.

The Avenger has a many standard comfort features including a high-back seat with headrest, extra long armrests, easy operate throttle, and an adjustable tiller. It also has safety features such as: bright safety lights, 4 way flashers, rear anti-tips, and electronic speed control.

This scooter is also very stylish. It comes with sporty mag wheels, a chrome bumper, contoured fenders, and a unique silver finish. This scooter combines the best in function, comfort, safety, and style to provide you with an excellent heavy-duty scooter.

Lifetime Limited Warranty:

For the life of the scooter, from the date of purchase from an authorized Golden Technologies’ dealer, in the event of defective materials or workmanship, Golden Technologies will repair or replace at our option any of the following structural frame components found to be defective by an authorized Golden Technologies representative:

Steel Frame
Frame Welds
Tiller Frame
Front Fork
Seat Post

Two-Year Warranty:

For the period of two years from the date of purchase, in the event of defective materials or workmanship, Golden Technologies will repair or replace at our option with any new or reconditioned components any of the following drive train components found to be defective by an authorized Golden Technologies representative:

Transaxle
Motor/Brake Assembly (electrical function only)

Note: An increase in operating noise of the transaxle DOES NOT constitute a defect. With normal wear and tear, operating noise is expected to increase.

For the period of two years from the date of purchase, in the event of defective materials or workmanship, GoldenTechnologies will repair or replace at our option any of the following electronic assemblies found to be defective by an authorized Golden Technologies representative:

Electronic Controller
Battery Charger
Dash Assembly
Potentiometer Assembly
Wire Harness(es)

Note: While charging batteries, it is normal for the battery charger to heat up. Heat coming from the battery

charger does not constitute a defect.

One-Year Limited Warranty:

For the period of one year from the date of purchase, in the event of defective materials or workmanship, Golden Technologies will repair or replace at our option any of the following parts found to be defective by an authorized

Golden Technologies representative:

Bearings
Bushings
Seat Swivel Mechanism
Rubber Components (excludes tires)
Armrests
Plastic Components (excludes body)

Items not listed are covered at the discretion of Golden Technologies. Any accessories, standard or optional, supplied by Golden Technologies, are covered for a period of one year from the date of purchase with the particular unit.

30-Day Return Policy

If you are not satisfied with an item that you have purchased, you may return the item within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the purchase price, minus the shipping, handling and restocking fees that apply.
The product must be returned in new condition, in original boxes, and with all paperwork, parts and accessories in order satisfy our return policy.
Our standard return policies do not apply to all items. Some items cannot be returned.

Non-returnable items include:

Bath and Safety Products
Personal or Hygiene Products
Batteries, Chargers or Electrical components
Used equipment
Special/custom orders
Stair lifts and elevators
Mattresses
Replacement Parts

Returnable products require a restocking fee and this will be determined as below.

Scooters, Power Chairs, Auto Lifts & Ramps: 15% restocking fee
Lift Chairs, Cushions & Manual Wheelchairs: 15% restocking fee
Adjustable Beds: 25% restocking fee
All other items: 20% restocking fee

You can expect a refund in the same form of payment originally used for purchase usually within 3-5 business days of our receiving and inspecting your returned product. Delays may be experienced in the case of incomplete returns.
