Mobility Express Payment Methods

For online or in-store purchases retail customers can use the following payment methods: 

Credit Cards

Visa, Master Card, Discover & American Express Credit cards must be issued by a U.S. based bank. The highest level of security and encryption is used in all of our transactions. We utilize the industry’s top standards. So please be confident that your information is safe. If you are not comfortable entering your credit card information online, please call us and we will process your order over the phone quickly and easily.

Checks

To pay by check, place your order online. Then, simply print out your order, and mail it with your check, to the remittance address on your order. Please allow ample time for the customary bank to bank clearance time.

Cashier’s Checks, Certified Checks or Money Orders

If you cannot pay by credit card, but would like to speed up your transaction process, you can pay with a Cashier’s check, Certified check or Money Order, in place of a regular check. Please process your order online, print out your invoice, and mail it to the remittance address on your sales order. Please make all checks payable to Mobility Express.

PayPal

Add your items to the cart and choose the PayPal payment option upon checkout.

Financing

Mobility Express works with Care Credit to offer financing for Mobility Equipment such as Mobility Scooters, Power Wheelchairs, Vehicle Lifts and more. Care Credit offers a quick and easy application and approval process. In most cases, we can have an answer for you within 30 minutes.

For wheelchair van sales, we work with multiple lendors that specialize in financing for wheelchair accessible vehicles, which include up to a 10 year low payment financing option for qualifying buyers on qualifying vehicles. We are also be happy to work on the financing with your bank or credit union.

Bank Draft/Voucher

We also accept bank drafts or vouchers for vehicle sales. Please just share this information with your sales person and we will be happy to process it with your bank’s cooperation.

3rd Party, Government & Wholesale Payment Methods

If you are an existing Mobility Express customer, and we already accept your PO as a method of payment, then you can just continue, and do the same. For any potential, or new, customers who would like to use the PO system, please contact us via phone, or email, to set up an account.

Government and Wholesale Orders:- If you are one of our established wholesale or government accounts, you can continue using the same method of payment you have been. To establish a new account, please call our Sales Department at 1(800)918-7433.

Wire Transfers

We accept wire transfers for any order over $500.00. Please contact us for wire transfer instructions
